I was gung-ho last week with my blog. I wanted to get it up and running, so that everyone could start to be inspired. Hummmm.....not when everyone in your house is sick. For Valentine's Day, our home was filled with germs. They haven't left yet and are starting to attack me. On the agenda for the next blog is an amazing Female Cave. I can't wait to share with you this beautiful retreat for the woman of the house. I have a few "Man Rooms" to blog about, but ladies first................

A Mirrored Dining Room Wall
Talk about inspiration.... I walked into this model home and fell in love. I am going to create a mirrored wall somewhere in my house. This dining room is beautiful. I love the green accent wall (of course because it green). The chandelier makes me so happy. The wall that you can't see is amazing as well. Couldn't get it in the picture, so I gave you a close up underneath the first picture. Love it!!! Hope you do too...
My thanks to the model home stager who created this dining room in Chandler, AZ.

A Love For Built-Ins
I am drawn to a great-room with built-ins. I love decorating them, I love looking at what people have on display on them, and I am sure you will see many of these featured on this blog. Can't get enough of them. The first picture here is of my current home. As soon as we walked in, we knew this felt like us. Hence, the second picture of our former home....kinda the same built-ins, which I had designed by a little cabinet maker in Emmett, Idaho. Are you a lover too?
A Little Green Will Do Ya.........
Small kitchens can become fabulous with just a little accent paint. This adorable little kitchen belonged to me a few years ago. Adding the green wall gave this kitchen just what it needed.
The green paint was purchased at Lowes many years ago. They don't have the sample color swatch out any longer, but it is a very common sage color.

A Tuscan Kitchen in the Dessert
This beautiful kitchen belongs to my dear sister, Shannon Carducci. She lives in Henderson, Nevada. Her amazing taste eludes itself in this immaculate kitchen. Enjoy her kitchen. Don't you love the exposed brick....
I can't wait to have another latte from her espresso maker in the near future.
